First of all, congrats on passing 4-digits. That's a big deal. I'm just starting out and so I'm not even close to getting three-digits, but slowly but surely wins the race.<br /><br />I find it interesting that you report on your rental properties in your monthly income. I bought my first house last year and am looking to get it rented out. I've hired a property manager and the house is on the market. There is a showing in a couple of days, but who knows. After reading this post, one thing I might do is incorporate the rental income as part of my overall passive income report - rather than just reporting it from my dividend income. We will see, but in any case, thanks for the inspiration and again, great report.
