I too am trying to keep it simple and easy to read and I've found that excel (with support from Mint for budgeting and trends) is the best way for me to manage and present the information. My goal is to be down to $5k left to family by the end of this year. Once our NC home turns into a rental property, we should see the snowball pick up steam moreso than it is now.
