Also, congratulations on almost being done with your debt. That is a great feeling AND will give you more to invest each month. The unfortunate thing about rental properties being a part of the pie is that it is sometimes hard to tell how big that pie (in terms of realized cash flow) actually will be each month!Passive Income Dudehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13698511310449851311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1332513014423909278.post-73823927381292070322017-04-11T19:34:33.796-07:002017-04-11T19:34:33.796-07:00Nice Dude! As you said, we have a lot of work to do to finish out the year, but I like the success so far.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01067686057878135667noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1332513014423909278.post-39962858843410704112017-04-10T12:44:35.403-07:002017-04-10T12:44:35.403-07:00Great month! We see so much potential growth in the beginning then it dwindles down as the "pie" gets bigger. But we would all much rather have a big pie than a fictitious percent. Keep up the good work!Dividend Dazehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11737423217369080761noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1332513014423909278.post-36578462298977835322017-04-07T06:53:12.898-07:002017-04-07T06:53:12.898-07:00Hey thanks Keith. And thanks for the encouragement on debt elimination. It has been a LONG two years trying to make this North Carolina property purchase work.

And I agree, consistency with investing makes your probability of success (ie having enough to cover costs) much more likely. Take care!Passive Income Dudehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13698511310449851311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1332513014423909278.post-47402845163068317262017-04-06T13:02:12.557-07:002017-04-06T13:02:12.557-07:00A great update for the month of March. I think it's great that you are focused on debt elimination. Three months will go by in a blink and you'll be in a much better financial shape not having the debt hanging over you. I love your comment about always being invested no matter the amount. I couldn't agree more. A large sum of cash or small sum... just invest consistently whatever you can every single month. Great report this month. Keep it up!DivHuthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02437642929198374070noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1332513014423909278.post-41683406549981911482017-04-06T12:04:01.589-07:002017-04-06T12:04:01.589-07:00Hey thanks DiviCents, March was great. I imagine it helps you interpret your growth, or more aptly, your progress, in an understandable way that you can use to forecast future passive income too. Take care and thanks for commenting, Passive Income Dudehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13698511310449851311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1332513014423909278.post-36117191553088169902017-04-06T06:55:38.364-07:002017-04-06T06:55:38.364-07:00What a great month you had.

Obviously, in the future, having 20% YoY is impossible. Saying that, I try to have a yearly gain of around $170 for that month, or around $2000 gain over the whole year.

You must be pretty pumped to be so near the $1000 mark. Great work Divi Centshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11414779401684175087noreply@blogger.com
