I remember a while ago there were always issues with one or two properties but great seeing you continue to move ahead and all are working for you. I always say don't forget about those dividend stocks. Forget the bull run and market correction anticipation. Just pick and choose some of the solid stocks that are not doing well. Many come to mind like GIS, HRL, T, GE, HCP, KMB and more.
