That's funny. :)<br /><br />lol, and I do know you hate debt. I hate MOST kinds of debt as well. This last property purchase just took so much more of my own money (than OPMs) and so I'm looking forward to finally having that debt only left as 'mortgage' that I can outsource to a tenant. You crushed in September!Passive Income Dudehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13698511310449851311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1332513014423909278.post-77906204178151804982016-10-26T10:04:38.841-07:002016-10-26T10:04:38.841-07:00Great update PID!

I have tabs at the top of my site highlighting them in detail, by each property, in which state they are in (Missouri, Colorado, North Carolina). I think 4-plexes are probably the best rental investment in most areas, but they take a decent amount of capital to get started and you usually have to live in one of the units at first, which we haven't been able to do. I think I will pursue a few more single family properties before moving to something else. Take care,Passive Income Dudehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13698511310449851311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1332513014423909278.post-51583410756043760302016-10-21T12:00:17.328-07:002016-10-21T12:00:17.328-07:00Hey thanks IH. Really hoping to be a good dad to him. <br /><br />And the daily div income is great. It tends to be more of an accurate portrayal for how much income you're actually receiving, thanks to the smoothing it forces. For example, most of my div income comes in december, but were I to actually 'need' it for expenses, I'd be using it on a daily basis, which is why I like it. Thanks for commenting, and I'm loving your options moves.Passive Income Dudehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13698511310449851311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1332513014423909278.post-13245740013972844472016-10-21T10:16:05.237-07:002016-10-21T10:16:05.237-07:00congrats on a new baby, he is very cute! its' ...congrats on a new baby, he is very cute! its' always nice to win something. what kind of rental properties you have? I'm going to start doing the same. It's an interesting way of looking at dividends. Heck you can live in several countries on less than $20 a day. time to pack-up and move ;-).
