Dividends Received
I received dividends from two companies this month:

Rental Income Received
I currently have two rental properties, my Missouri Rental and my Colorado Rental. Listed below is the cash flow they provided this month:
Missouri Rental: $320
Colorado Rental: $274
Total Rental Income Received: $594
*This was an extremely quiet month for dividend payments. Just two of my smaller holdings, but it was still $59 that I did not have to work for at all! My rental properties had some interesting events. Both properties had small expenses (screen door rollers and a dead bolt fix), but my Missouri property had an escrow overage so I received a check for $372.90. What a cool surprise that was!
**From the two above rentals, I also experienced an 'equity paydown' total of $923 which is not accounted for in the above cash flow numbers. This is another reason why rental properties are incredible investments! This amount is $3 larger than March's report.
***I did not receive any online income from the month. This most likely won't change until the middle of the year.
Therefore, for the month of April, Total Passive Income Received: $653.63
Purchases

This was still a great month for my passive income portfolio. With the addition of April's income to my Progress Tab I now have earned $2445.54 this year in passive income. So excited!
